Thefts of vehicle badges and sensors

Dear Resident

We are reminding residents to remain vigilant following reports of vehicle crime involving the theft of manufacturer badges/emblems and parking/radar sensors from parked vehicles.

Offenders are targeting vehicles, often during the night, causing significant damage and costly repairs when removing these parts.

How to reduce the risk:

Park in a well-lit area whenever possible.

If available, park in a secure garage or monitored car park.

Ensure any CCTV, doorbell cameras or vehicle security systems are working correctly.

Consider fitting additional vehicle security measures where appropriate.

Report any suspicious activity, individuals or vehicles immediately.
